Glasswall offers design development consisting of meetings with the design team in order to develop the different custom details and provide drawings to be reviewed achieving the results previously planned.

Project Management

Our team of project managers plans, organizes, and manages resources necessary for successful completion of project goals and objectives. We offer full time project management in-house and at the construction site.

Manufacturing

Our manufacturing facility in Miami is the production site of all our products. The systems built there meet the highest standards in performance and aesthetic requirements. We make sure that quality meets or exceeds our clients` expectations. We foster an atmosphere of continuous improvement and cross-training combined with fewer man-hours and less inventory. We are building a culture of getting quality right the first time.

Safety

We care about our people. Addressing safety and health needs starts with the design process. We prevent or minimize the work-related hazards and risks associated with the construction, manufacture, use, maintenance, and disposal of facilities, materials, and equipment. In addition, we offer safety meetings, certification training kits, and customized manuals that are tailored to manufacturing and construction.

Our approach reduces site hazards, increases productivity, produces fewer delays due to accidents during construction allowing continued focus on quality, and encourages designer-constructor collaboration.

Training

For more than 35 years, we have been training people at engineering and fabricating building envelopes. We partner with engineering and architecture schools, technical colleges and experts in the building envelope industry and in the architecture community to provide high-quality learning experiences that reflect not only where the industry is today, but where it will be in the future.
