The Cloud Support Engineer is responsible for working closely with the business and fellow engineers to implement and maintain critical infrastructure elements as well as day to day support to meet our operations present and future business needs. The successful candidate will be deeply involved in technology and engineering projects and a key member of a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering high-quality results, innovating and identifying key areas for improvements.
The Customer Support Analyst (CSA) will handle technical aspects of the post-sales customer life cycle providing both reactive and proactive support. The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in cyber security, demonstrable initiative for problem solving, excellent communications skills and thorough attention to detail. This is an entry level role on our Customer Support Team, with training, development and career growth opportunities.
Responsible for enabling the sales force in a multitude of ways, we are also recruiting a Sales Support Associate to support our growth within North America. Reporting to the SVP Regional Head of North America, responsibilities including customer support, customer engagement and sales administration.
Sales Engineer – US and UK
The Sales Engineer is responsible for managing day-to-day technical pre-sales tasks for leads, opportunities, and renewing clients. They will actively drive and manage the technology proof of concept stage in the sales process, working with our sales and business development teams as the key technical advisor and product advocate.
