Danny Lopez
CEO
Danny is all about building trust with customers, partners and colleagues. Having enjoyed a successful career doing exactly that in banking, government, diplomacy and tech, our fearless leader is now on a mission to make Glasswall the most trusted name in CDR. His previous roles include COO at Blippar, British Consul General to New York, CEO of London & Partners, Marketing Director at the UK’s Department for International Trade, and senior international positions at Barclays Bank.
Steve Roberts
CFO/COO
Steve is a lot more than your traditional CFO. His unique background means — in addition to running the numbers — he can be found talking to industry analysts, targeting new partners, analyzing our product packaging and pricing, and looking for opportunities to drive revenue. His previous roles include CFO/COO at Tellimer Group and Group Financial Controller of The Kyte Group and GFI Group.
Paul Farrington
Chief Product Officer
Paul is a DevSecOps dynamo. With over 20 years’ experience launching secure software in his back pocket, he now keeps our product development team laser-focused on delivering (and growing) the most innovative CDR product portfolio on the planet. His previous roles include CTO and leadership positions at Veracode, BCSG, and Barclays.

Sam prides himself on offering perfect partnership (and true collaboration) to organizations all over North America. Because with over 20 years’ experience in selling and delivering solutions to financial, security, defense and commercial sectors in this space, Sam knows even the most cutting-edge technology needs the best team of people to support it.

Dinis is passion personified. Our CDR evangelist is a champion for CISOs everywhere, with one simple cause: to make handling digital documents safer for all. His previous roles include CISO at Photobox Group, CISO at Revolut, OWASP Board member, and CTO of Piaget Institute in Portugal.
Anne Tiedemann
Chief People Officer
Anne makes Glasswall a great place to work (literally). Following 30 years driving strategy and operations in the security and intelligence industry, Anne is now our custodian of culture, focused on empowering us and making sure we’re at our best for our customers and partners. Her previous roles include executive positions at Kroll in EMEA and Asia Pacific, and G4S plc.
Lord Spencer
Chairman
Lord Spencer is one of the UK’s most successful entrepreneurs. He founded Intercapital (ICAP) in 1986, which listed on the FTSE in 2006, and established NEX Group plc to focus on technology-based services enabling customers to better execute trades and manage risk. In 2018, NEX was acquired by CME Group and Lord Spencer joined the CME board. He is also Chairman of IPGL, his private investment company, which invests in early-stage companies.

Steve Roberts
CFO/COO
Steve is Glasswall’s CFO and prior to joining the company spent five years as the CFO/COO at Tellimer Group, a technology-led research, data and analytics platform. Steve is a qualified chartered accountant and was previously Group Financial Controller of The Kyte Group, during which time it transitioned from being a privately-owned company to becoming part of the NYSE-listed GFI Group.

Doug Rhoten

Doug was the CEO of ICAP Americas for 15 years up until 2014, leading business units across equities, credit, emerging markets, FX, futures, fixed income and money markets. He has been an active participant on several industry committees, including the US Federal Reserve Bank FX Committee. In 2014, Doug purchased and assumed the Chairmanship of ICAP IP global patent brokerage. He also sits on a number of boards, including IPGL, Incubex Climate Exchange and Apiary Life.

Sir Iain Lobban
Sir Iain is a distinguished former British civil servant. He was the Director of Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) in the UK from 2008 to 2014, having previously served as its Director General for Operations from 2004. As GCHQ Director, he was a principal member of the Joint Intelligence Committee for over six years. Sir Iain is a partner and senior strategy adviser at C5 Holdings and is on the Board Financial Crime Risk Committee at Standard Chartered Bank.
Rick Ledgett
Rick is the former Deputy Director of the U.S. National Security Agency. He has 40 years of experience in signals intelligence, information assurance, and operational management of large, complex organizations, and currently advises private sector and governmental entities on cybersecurity.
Nick Warner
Nick Warner AO PSM is the former Director-General of the Office of National Intelligence (ONI), Australia’s peak intelligence agency which reports directly to the Prime Minister. Before his time at the ONI, Nick served as the Director-General of the Australian Secret Intelligence Service (2009-2017), the Secretary of the Department of Defence (2006-2009) and Senior Adviser (International) to the PM (2005- 2006).
Joshua Kennedy-White
Joshua Kennedy-White is a respected business strategist, having enjoyed an exciting 25-year career driving innovation in security and technology across numerous industries. During his time as Managing Director for Accenture Security, Josh established Accenture’s Intelligence and National Security Practice in Australia.
A regular media commentator on technology issues, he plays a hands-on role within the security ecosystem, brings experience at every stage of the investment cycle and holds executive advisory positions in the UK, and Directorships in Australia, the UK, Ireland and Saudi Arabia

Dr Adam Marshall CBE
Adam is the former Director General of the British Chambers of Commerce, one of the UK’s foremost business organizations. He led BCC through the Brexit referendum and the Coronavirus pandemic, campaigning for broad business interests and securing policy changes and support for UK firms. He also championed the growth of its Global Business Network and has strong links to its communities across the world.
