We’ve set out our vision in a companywide AI Advocacy and Adoption strategy and introduced a dedicated budget allocation to support AI enablement across the business. Our tool evaluation process has also been updated to ensure new solutions meet strict security and data privacy requirements, with every platform fully assessed and monitored to maintain a clear governance structure.
To support experimentation and knowledge sharing, we’ve also launched a community-led AI guild and created a central repository for homegrown tools. Training and development have also been prioritised to ensure everyone has the confidence and capability to apply AI in their role. This internal push is already paying off in the form of faster workflows, smarter processes and a growing number of internal use cases being shared across the business.
