Accessibility statement

We strive to deliver outstanding products, services, and experiences. We value your business and, more importantly, your loyalty. We recognize that accessibility for all is important.
‍
‍Conformance status
‍
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. We aim to adhere our products and website to WGAC 2.2 Level AA.

‍Glasswall products
We acknowledge our responsibility to empower people of all abilities to use our products.
‍
As an organization, we are actively including accessibility improvements across our products in our roadmap. We are continuing to improve our support for assistive technology.
‍
We have created an internal committee and training to better educate our team, and we are incorporating accessibility practices into our product design and development processes to make progressive and meaningful change.

‍Glasswall’s website
Starting in May 2023, we have made continuous efforts to improve our website content to be more compliant with Level AA. We are adding captions to all videos and alternative (alt) text to all images. Lastly, we are auditing all pages on our site and working to improve any pages that are not up to Level AA standards.
‍
‍Known limitations
Third party platforms used by Glasswall may not adhere to WCAG Level AA. We are in constant communication with these vendors to improve accessibility.
These include:
Glasswall Documentation (provided by Document360)
‍Glasswall Trust Center (provided by Vanta)

Feedback

WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines are evolving, and our efforts to comply with these guidelines are ongoing. If you would like to report any accessibility issues, please contact us at accessibility@glasswall.com. We will make every reasonable effort to make updates.
