Marketing Operations Manager – The Marketing Operations Manager will own all demand generation systems, processes, and reporting, including our existing martech stack, identifying and implementing new marketing automation tools, optimising our data management strategy, creating dashboards / reports, and providing analysis of all lead generation programs.
Marketing Manager – The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing brand and demand generation campaigns that build brand awareness, generate demand and deliver memorable experiences for our target audiences. This individual will introduce our new brand and product portfolio to new audiences in meaningful, innovative ways while delivering against aggressive growth targets for pipeline and revenue.
Digital Marketing Manager – Primarily responsible for customer acquisition/conversion targets for top of funnel lead generation, the Digital Marketing Manager will be a key member of the Marketing team and will develop online marketing strategies for digital transformation. The ideal candidate will be excited by the opportunity to take our new website to new levels. A creative, critical-thinker with a deep understanding and proven track record in SEO, SEM, website management, marketing technologies, analytics, and multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
Business Development Representative – Working as the first line of contact for Glasswall, the Business Development Representative has responsibility for managing and qualifying inbound leads. The successful candidate will manage and respond to contact requests, leads generated from the website as well as leads from marketing campaigns, from both prospects and existing customers, all within stringent SLAs. The BDR is responsible for qualification and, where necessary, conduct research into the personas and/or accounts linked to inbound leads.
Senior Systems Administrator – The “Senior Systems Administrator” is responsible for working closely with the business and fellow engineers to implement and maintain critical infrastructure elements as well as day to day support to meet our operations present and future business needs.
Technical Writer – We’re searching for a passionate technical writer to join our team and help take our product focus to the next level. As an ideal candidate, you have proven experience in a highly technical field, such as software development, computer science, or engineering.
Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – The successful candidate will work in our SRE team, interacting with colleagues in the agile engineering and support teams. Their primary role is to ensure the high availability of our cloud hosted platforms, and we’re looking for candidates with strong software development and automation skills.
